Directly from you — through contact forms, demo requests, and your use of this website.

How long we keep information
Analytics

Website & analytics data — IP addresses and technical cookies processed on UK-based AWS servers are automatically deleted within 90 days.

Inquiries

Business enquiries & demo requests — contact details kept for up to 2 years after last active communication.

Client management & legal records — administrative account details kept for duration of contract plus 6 years to comply with UK legal and tax requirements.

Note on insurance datasets: This notice does not apply to proprietary insurance datasets provided by corporate clients. Those datasets are processed in our secure UK environments (Google and the University of Liverpool) strictly under B2B client contracts.
