Client management & legal records — administrative account details kept for duration of contract plus 6 years to comply with UK legal and tax requirements.
Note on insurance datasets: This notice does not apply to proprietary insurance datasets provided by corporate clients. Those datasets are processed in our secure UK environments (Google and the University of Liverpool) strictly under B2B client contracts.
We do not transfer personal data of website visitors or business contacts outside the United Kingdom. All hosting (AWS) and communications (Google Workspace) are configured to store and process data within the UK.
